1. How can I rent a car?

Renting a car of your choice is simple. Just select the car which you want to rent and book it. On the next step, you shall need to visit the location to pickup the car .

2. What documents are required for renting a car?

Min. 21 years old, have valid original government ID (Aadhar, Passport) and a valid driving licence for “Light Motor Vehicles”, which is min. 1 year old at the time of starting the trip.

3. Is fuel included with the rental?

No. Fuel is not included with rental amount.

4. How much security deposit I need to pay?

There is a varying security deposit for renting a car depending of the location and type of car (5000-25000)

5. When shall I get the security deposit back?

You shall be getting the security deposit after returning the car.

6. Are long term car rentals cheaper?

Yes. You can avail upto 10 - 20% discount on monthly car rentals.

7. What are the various car rental formats?

You can rent a car on Hourly, Daily, Weekly and Monthly. Longer the duration, cheaper the rent.

8. Is there a speed limit?

We allows up to 80 km/hr. However it is 60 km/hr in a few cities. We advises to follow local speed limits.

9. Can I extend/ cancel/ modify?

Yes, extensions are possible subject to availability & charges. Cancellations & modifications will attract nominal charges as per our policy.

10. Are there any restricted areas?

Leh/Ladhakh, Spiti Valley & Kaza/Nako regions are not permitted to take cars. Customer will be fully liable for any damages incurred to the car in that region.

11. In case , accident or damage to the vehicle, what is my liability?

Customer will be fully liable for any Damages incurred to the car

You will need to pay Damage Fee equivalent to the repair cost (as estimated by an authorized dealership) and downtime losses

Please note :-

• When the User is not in compliance with the laws and/or with terms of the User Agreement

• When the User is found to be under the influence of alcohol/narcotics while driving

• When the User is over-speeding (i.e. above prescribed speed limit of road or 100 Kms/Hr, Whichever is lower)

• When the User is in violation of traffic rules or of the Motor Vehicles Act (for example, if the User has not paid the inter-state tax while crossing a state border)

• When the person driving the vehicle at the time of the incident is found to be different than the one who made the booking

• When the vehicle workshop and/or insurance company deem the damage to be consequential in nature (this will be clearly stated in the accident report) Consequential damage occurs when the User continues driving the vehicle even when it is performing abnormally

• When the number of people in the car at the time of the incident exceed the standard seating capacity of the car

• When the incident happened in a state for which the user had failed to pay the inter-state tax while entering the state

• When there is misrepresentation of information in the driving license and ID proof details shared by the user

• Where there is clear evidence of extremely rash and negligent driving on the user’s part

In cases where the estimated damage charges exceed the security deposit, we will request the user to pay the same at the time of returning the car. In cases of non-payment, We have right of take legal action, reporting to credit bureau and reporting to other authorities or persons, irrespective of their direct relevance to the case.

Refund And Cancellation Policy

Not Refundable

Driving at a speed above the maximum speed of 80 km/hr

INR 2000 + GOVT. fines (if any) plus expulsion

Traffic violation

INR 2000 in addition to the actual fine charged due to traffic violation will be charged from the User

Car spare part changed

The User will be charged a penalty of INR 5000 over and above the cost of spare part.

Tyre misuse

In case of any tyre damages resulting from driving in bad terrain and continued driving in case of tyre puncture, customers will be charged for the cost of tyre on actuals

Performing any unauthorized activity such as carrying arms and ammunition, any intoxication, commercial activity

INR 5000 will be charged as penalty .The user will be held liable for any legal action arising out of these activities

External branding

INR 5000 will be charged as penalty. Any expenses arising out of repair cost or such damages will be charged to the User along with the penalty

Tampering with the devices such as GPS etc.

INR 5000 plus the actual cost of the repair or the fitment will be charged from the User.

Failure to return the car at the scheduled location

You will be charged INR 1500 plus the full hourly rate and the late fees until the vehicle is returned to the correct location.

In case the vehicle is dropped outside city limits of the pickup location

Actual cost for transporting the car to the correct location plus INR 1500 plus the full hourly rate and the late fees until the vehicle is returned to the correct location.

Delay in returning of car beyond the scheduled time

Extension of car usage beyond the scheduled time

Loss of car accessories

INR 2000 or actual cost of the accessory.

Unclean Car or littering /dirtying the car

Unclean cars will attract cleaning charge of Rs. 750/- for a minor cleaning & a charge of Rs. 1250/- for a major cleaning as penalty.

Causing any damage to the car

The User will be obligated to pay the repair cost and the standard insurance deductible along with any losses. In the event the user is found to violate T&C

Failure to return car keys

A fine of Rs. 2500/- will be charged plus replacement cost incurred will be charged to the User

Failure to return the original car documents

A fine of INR 10,000 will be charged along with the actual charges incurred for re-documentation.

Incorrect KYC documents produced at the time of picking up the car

For Daily Rentals: 1 day rental will be charged For Daily Rental: In case of subscription Rs. 4000/- will be charged.

The User does not turn up to pick up the car/No Show

For Daily Rentals: 1 day rental will be charged For Daily rental Entire contracted Hire Charges for the trip shall be charged.

For Subscription bookings, one day rental along with security deposit will be forfeited as a penalty.

Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs or is suffering from any disease or disability, which may cause his / her driving ability or which is likely to cause a source of danger to the public and/or to the Vehicle.

Complete Security Deposit will be forfeited over and above the actual damage, cost and loss incurred.

Any intentional damage such as continuing to drive after accident or under extreme conditions or rash driving etc.

Complete Security Deposit will be forfeited over and above the actual damage cost incurred.

The User not driving himself

Complete Security Deposit will be forfeited over and above the actual damage cost if incurred.

Carrying number of persons (excluding the driver) exceeding the permissible number as specified in Motor Vehicle Act, 1988 and Rules framed thereunder (the Act)

Rs. 5000/- will be charged as penalty .The user will be held liable for any legal action arising out of these activities

If ferrying passengers or any goods for consideration or reward whether expressed or implied.

Rs. 5000/- will be charged as penalty .The user will be held liable for any legal action arising out of these activities

Pick up & Drop facility of Car

The pick up or drop facility will be charged starting from Rs. 300/- for pick up and INR 300 for drop.

Smoking

Rs. 1000/- + applicable damages to vehicle interiors
